Vision and Core Values of One Faith Ministry which includes Shekinah Farm
Vision and Core Values are not negotiable because they are given by the Father to the stewards to be accomplished. Vision and Core values should be held by all residents and stewards of the Ministry.
We are a ministry for YHVH's people to prepare their heart, soul, mind, and body, to be equipped to complete the mission Yah has for them.
**Yah's will will be done and is all that matters!
**Our will must align with Yah's will!
**YHVH intentionally creates all relationships and encounters!
-- steps are purposely order by Yah and intentional. Every encounter has a purpose. All things happen for a purpose
**All life is a precious gift from the Father!
-- animals, plants, people are valued for their existence.. treat all things with an understanding of this value and respect
**Love, mutual respect, and value for each other is imperative!
-- Doing for others' and the community's best interest even when it puts me out, even if it is uncomfortable or inconvenient for me = loving others, unconditionally, showing that love in your behavior toward others and the community

**Our contribution to the community is governed by our purpose!
--we must know our purpose to know how we contribute
--we must understand how our purpose contributes to the community
**Everyone must contribute!
--contribution is tempered according to skills, gifts and abilities, but all will contribute to the community
**We expect everyone to diligently build their own relationship with the Creator, continuously maturing in recognizing his voice and being obedient!
**We are to be wise stewards over all that Yah has given us!
--Our body, finances, mental health, land, animals, water, personal and community property, buildings, emotional energy, knowledge, and all other resources
It is our Mission to function as a way station, a place of safety and learning, in any realm "Heart, Soul, Mind or Strength," for those on the journey seeking pure truth and relationship with the Creator.

--Who: adults and children
--What: health, education, Scriptures, Hebrew, environment, sustainability, life skills, and other as the Lord leads.
Identify parties:
** Responsibilities and expectations of visitors and guests..
visitor – up to 3 days
guests – up to 1-3 weeks (or as situation indicates)
** Responsibilities and expectations of residents
1 week or longer as situation indicates
Residents help in ministries above according to their purpose, gifts and skills.

Responsibilities
** Visitors
--respect others to include personal space and property
--do not infringe on hospitality
--maintain personal space and community spaces when used by visitor
--actively participate in the reporting of, or helping in, a situation (if something breaks, if someone gets hurt, if basic needs require social support, etc)(if you don't say anything no one can help or assist, if you see something or someone needs help, then help)
--use Biblical principles for all conflicts as described in the Conflict resolution and consequence section
--communicate with stewards of Shekinah Farm if your situation changes by the end of 3 days
** Guests
--respect others to include personal space and property
--do not infringe on hospitality
--maintain personal space and community spaces when used by self or others
--actively participate in the reporting of, or helping in, a situation (if something breaks, if someone gets hurt, if basic needs require social support, etc)(if you don't say anything no one can help or assist, if you see something or someone needs help, then help)
--look for opportunities to actively participate in the running of the community. If you are not sure, ask. Activities will be assigned according to your skill, knowledge, and ability
--use Biblical principles for all conflicts as described in the Conflict resolution and consequence section
--communicate with stewards of Shekinah Farm if your situation changes by the end of 3 weeks
** Residents Incorporated into the responsibility of the vision
--respect others to include personal space and property
--do not infringe on hospitality
--maintain personal space and community spaces when used by self or others
--actively participate in the reporting of, or helping in, a situation (if something breaks, if someone gets hurt, if basic needs require social support, etc)(if you don't say anything no one can help or assist, if you see something or someone needs help, then help)
--look for opportunities to actively participate in the running of the community. If you are not sure, ask. Activities will be assigned according to your skill, knowledge, and ability
--participate in assigned activities weekly, on time, and in respect of the property and vision of the community without being asked
--actively seek opportunity to benefit, support, and improve others, and the community (take out a can to the street on pick up day, pick up garbage the dogs chew up, pull weeds in the garden or pick veggies)
--be good stewards physically and financially of all resources that come to the community (includes your income, utility use, food, labor)
--participate in all community related meetings called by the stewards
--residents may request a meeting be called by the stewards (as stewards deem necessary)
--agree to disagree without confrontation, leave pride outside.

--communicate with stewards of Shekinah Farm if your situation changes
