Explains what sensory integration is and the theory
behind it’s use.
Lesson 2: Flight, Fight, or Fright
Discusses how the autonomic system works and how
perceived danger can cause inappropriate or extreme
responses.
Lesson 3: Sensitivity Issues
Explains extreme sensitivity issues and interventions
Lesson 4: The Senses
Discusses how the senses work and how they enhance
or interfere with learning, concentration, and
processing
Lesson 5: Heavy Work Pt. 1
Explains heavy work in depth and discusses heavy
work for several sensory sources
Lesson 6: Heavy Work Pt. 2
Continues to discuss heavy work for sensory sources
Lesson 7: Detective Work
Teaches the listener to search for sensory input that
will benefit themselves in bringing the nervous system
to an alert state.
Lesson 8: Yep, Another Diet!
Discusses how to implement the sensory diet for self
and children
Lesson 9: Self-Regulation
Teaches how to teach a child to self-regulate using
sensory integration.
