Events Calendar

We keep the Biblical feasts and the dates change each year according to the Aviv and new moon calendar. Please read more information about this calendar at these web sites: A Rood Awakening and Karaite Korner.

Sabbath

Friday Sundown to Saturday Sundown: We meet each Sabbath from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. Our meeting is similar to an open house. We have fellowship on Friday evenings with the opening of Sabbath. There is no specific study on Friday, but the conversation usually includes end time discussion, prophecy, Israel/world events, and preparedness. Sabbath morning (around 9:30 or 10) we have Torah study. Lunch and after we have fellowship. The conversation may turn to spiritual warfare, community, preparedness, end time events, prophecy, or any other Creator Lifestyle topic. Sometimes we watch a DVD or other relevant material.

There are times when we are not here, so please email or let us know you are coming. In the event we have no visitors, we will go visit with other fellowships.

September

9/10-11/2010: Feast of Trumpets. This is the first of the Fall feasts that represent the last trump, the coming of the Messiah and reminds us to search ourselves and our relationship with the Creator, turning back to Him and repenting in preparation for the Day of Atonement.

9/11-20/2010: Days of Awe. These days are spent searching inwardly, cleaning out the leaven in our hearts and hearing the Word of YHVH for direction and instruction.

9/19-20/2010: Day of Atonement. This Holy Day is not a feast, but rather a time of introspection, repentance and fasting. This is the day that represents the coming judgment before the Creator and a day to seek forgiveness.

9/24-10/2/2010: Feast of Tabernacles. An 8 day feast that reminds us that YHVH Tabernacled with the Israelites in the wilderness after their escape from Egypt. Foretells the 1st coming of Messiah as the son of Joseph and suffering servant, and of the coming days when we will dwell with Messiah on Earth once again in the 1000 year reign. The final day, Shemini Atzeret is the 8th day Celebration and Sabbath that foretells of an eternity with the Creator.

February

2/16-18/2010: Purim. In this Celebration we read the book of Esther and remember YHVH's Salvation of His people!
