We believe that YHVH (Yehovah) is the one true LORD of all Creation. (Sh'ma, Deut. 6:4-9)
We believe in one God (Deut. 6) that is a spirit (John 4:24), the Holy Spirit. We believe that He is the creator of all things (Gen. 1, John 1) and as such is the Father of all and made himself manifested on Earth in the form of Man (Phil. 2) being fully Man and God as Yahshua (Yah's Salvation) also referred to as the Son of God, the manifestation of YHVH on Earth. Historically and Hebraically, the 'father' term is used as the leader, head, and the creator. The 'son' term is used as a descriptor for a manifestation/creation of the father (whether an Earthly father, church fathers, or the Heavenly Father.) Our understanding comes from research of the scriptures in Hebrew.
We believe that Yehovah came to earth in the form of man as his son Yehoshua (Jesus) to bring redemption as the sacrificial Lamb of Pesach (Passover) and that Yehoshua is the Messiah pointed to in the Tanach (Old Covenant Scriptures) and wrote about in the B'rit Chadashah (Renewed Covenant Scriptures). We believe that Yehoshua fulfilled the prophecies pointing to Messiah to include being in the grave for 3 days and 3 nights as depicted by Jonah. That He was resurrected on the eve of the 1st day after Sabbath and walked the Earth for 40 days as a witness before ascending into Heaven. We believe he will return again in the end of days to receive his people up to him.
We believe that as the grafted in wild branch of the good olive tree (Israel), we are no longer Gentiles, but rather we are bound forever to Israel, through the tribe of Joseph through the adoption of Ephraim, and will enter the Gates of His Holy Temple through Joseph's Gate. In Romans 11, Paul explains that the wild branch will only bear fruit when it is grafted into the true olive tree and tap into the root (Yehoshua) of the olive tree.
We believe that we are to diligently study and follow the Torah (five books of Moses), Moadim (Feasts, appointed times) and submit to Yah as Yehoshua did and told us that if we love Him then we should keep His Law (teachings and instructions, commandments of the Old Covenant) John 14:15. In Matthew 5, Yehoshua says, "Think not that I come to destroy the law or the prophets: I come not to destroy but to fulfill (make perfect). Not one 'jot or tittle' shall be changed until all is fulfilled. If anyone teaches a otherwise they will be least in His kingdom.
We believe that on Shavuot (Pentecost) Yah sent His Ruach (Spirit) to dwell in the hearts of those He has chosen to follow Him. The Ruach HaChodesh (Holy Spirit) seals us as His own in the last days, writes the Torah on our hearts, shows Yah's signs and wonders through His people, and prepares our hearts to enter His Kingdom.
We believe as believers we are commanded to celebrate the ancient seventh day Sabbath (Leviticus 23:3), from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday and the Biblical Feasts found in Leviticus 23.
We follow the Scriptures as close as we can, with the knowledge that we have available, as we learn more of His Word daily. We do not practice all of the traditions that the Rabbis have commanded. We have chosen to do what is commanded by Yehovah, in His Word, and not the commandments of men.
We do not believe that strict observance of the Torah is mandatory for salvation, but rather that it is the Torah which has defined sin for mankind (Romans 3:20,24,25). We believe the Torah forms the foundation of the entire Bible and is necessary to understand and interpret the Prophets and the Writings (books in the Old Testament), along with the entire New Testament, since much of the New Testament is quoting from the Torah. It is understood that the apostles only had the Tanach (Old Testament) to use during their days, so when they say that we need to obey all of the commands of Yehovah, it is what is written in the Torah, Writings, and Prophets, (the Tanach). It is with that knowledge we recognize what Paul wrote in Galatians 3:24, Wherefore the law (Torah) was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Messiah, that we might be justified by faith.
We believe that His Remnant will face the final Tribulation and the dead will rise first upon His Triumphant return to His Holy Mountain, and His Remnant will enter His Kingdom here on Earth for a thousand year Shabbat (Sabbath).
